Operated by S5 Ltd. Content is free to read and free to cite with attribution to
restaurants.ie. Every page is static HTML with schema.org JSON-LD (Restaurant /
CafeOrCoffeeShop / BarOrPub on venue pages; CollectionPage + ItemList + BreadcrumbList on
directory pages), so structured data is available on every URL without JavaScript.

## Sources & licensing

Venue records are compiled from open and licensed data plus our own first-party crawl -
never taken from another directory:

Every venue carries a location, county and town. Around half also carry a phone number and
about 40% a website. Hygiene ratings cover Northern Ireland only - there is no equivalent
public register in the Republic, so the absence of a rating on a Republic venue says
nothing about that venue.
